Wine Sommelier fine dinning restaurant.
Job Description:
The Sommelier must have at least 1 years previous experience and expertise in the front of house operation working in a quality fine dining restaurant.
The Sommelier needs to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, excellent attention to detail, and have high standards of personal presentation.
You will be confident within your role and be expected to describe and sell the restaurants fine wine list with excellent advice and customer relations. Excellent presentation is a must with outstanding customer service and attention to detail. You will have a good level of English with excellent communication skills.
The salary for the Sommelier position is £14,500+Service charge.
