Trainee Sales Negotiator / Sales Negotiator (30-35kOTE)
Job Description:
Carden Consultants are recruiting for sales negotiators and trainee sales negotiators to work with estate agencies in Ealing, Barnes, Richmond, Chiswick, Wandsworth and Hammersmith.
You will have proven face to face and telephone based sales experience if not experience of buying & selling properties. You will be trustworthy, customer focused and have great persuasion skills. A good understanding of the property market will put you ahead of the rest.
As a sales negotiator you will be expected to Carry out interview with customers, follow up leads from Data bases, carry out Viewing, keep all parties informed of progress and provide a first class service to both clients and customers. You will be Meeting a wide variety of people and be able to get out of the office regularly. There is a feeling of independence that you do not get with many other jobs.
My clients provide you with a free company car and laptop. They have great commission structures and individual and team targets that result in weekly and monthly bonuses.
You need to be self-driven and resilient as with in the property market there is a high level of risk, market fluctuations and dealing with unreasonable clients can make the work highly stressful at times.
