Trainee Lettings Negotiator
Job Description:
We are looking for Trainee Lettings Negotiator with SOME EXPERIENCE in this field of work for our independent Estate Agency in the East Dulwich.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident, motivated and organised. He or she must have an extremely good telephone manner with excellent communication skills and not be afraid to do some cold calling when necessary.
As this job involves a lot of admin work to do with lettings, the individual must be articulate in both verbal and written English, with good IT skills. The ideal candidate will have some Estate Agency experience and also have a car. Must live either in the Ealing Borough of London or in the local surrounding areas.
