I am recruiting for the post of Trainee Headhunter for a privately-owned recruitment company who specialises in providing recruitment solutions to all commercial and industrial institutions of all sizes within the financial services sector. Their clients range from investment banks, commercial banks, hedge funds, funds of funds to small family firms and boutique venture capital firm – bringing over 10 years of experience in contingency, search & Selection recruitment. My client provides their clients with consultation services, as well as the best candidates within the financial services sector, who they believe will add value to organisations.
My client is seeking to recruit a Trainee Headhuunter to join their research team within our headhunting division. The successful candidate will be trained over a period of two years to become one of the best recruitment consultants in the square mile and investment community.
After learning the art of research by utilising a unique skill set – which will be taught by a one of the best recruiters in the UK – the successful candidate will work closely with consultants to research and source senior candidates from the investment world and help place these individuals in new employment.
The candidate must have a strong academic background with a proven entrepreneurial/commercial background (min two years), have natural and demonstrable sales skills in addition to being a self starter, motivated, hungry individual who wants and desires to be as wealthy and successful as the candidates they place!
Minimum degree level with a 1.1 or 2.1 from a leading institution. Will consider lower grade for a proven entrepreneurial background
