Every job advertiser is responsible for its actions and the consequences these might have. By using the services provided by TheJobSite every job advertiser agrees to provide true, complete and accurate information about itself or its company as asked in the registration forms.
Job advertisers agree not to post any advert that is obscene, defamatory, harmful, threatening for another user, individual or legal entity or a third party or in any other way illegal or in breach of the existing laws.
TheJobSite shall make modifications to any advert that are reasonably requested by the job advertiser provided that TheJobSite receives all details needed to make such modifications. For this the job advertiser should provide as much information about the job advert he wants to modify as possible, most important are the title and date of submission of the advert.
TheJobSite reserves the right to decline, remove or cancel any advert or account for any reason at any time without prior notice and without giving any reasons.
TheJobSite’s services are provided “as is” and we are not making any warranty of any sort.
TheJobSite cannot and does not confirm that all the adverts are accurate and real. We advise you check the validity and accuracy of the job advert you want to apply for, based on the details provided by the job advertiser, as TheJobSite shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the negligence, misconduct or dishonesty of any job advertiser.
TheJobSite shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other losses resulting from using TheJobSite’s services, the use or the inability to use the services of TheJobSite.
TheJobSite will not be liable for any failure to secure employment or job while using the services provided by TheJobSite.
The job advertiser shall indemnify TheJobSite against all claims made by hird parties in respect of the misuse, inaccuracy, reality or content of the data supplied to the job advertiser.
There is a £10 fee, payable by PayPal for making modifications to job advert already approved and posted.
