A fantastic Technical Manager opportunity has become available due to expansion of this award winning residential developer.

You will be working on a 600 unit scheme with commercial units along with a care home in South East London and will be expected to deliver the technical aspect of the build.

Due to the project being residential led, the appointed Technical Manager MUST have residential experience of schemes above 200 units and a proven track record of delivery at the highest standard.

The successful Technical Manager will be reporting directly to the Technical Director and will not only be offered a job but a careers as this group are expanding rapidly.
