Residential Technical Co-Ordinator URGENTLY required in SE London
An award winning Technical Co-Ordinator is sought for a large residential led mixed use scheme near Greenwich.
As the Technical Coordinator you will have full technical control of a section of this huge luxurious development. With this in mind you will need to come from a residential background and have a solid knowledge of building regs.
This position is for someone who wants a career and not just a job as a Technical Co-Ordinator as progression to Technical Manager is more than possible and who knows, Technical Director in the future.
Along with other Technical Co-Ordinators and Technical Managers you will be reporting into the Technical Director.
