Job Description:
Description Applicant must have NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. You must have experience working with learning disabilities preferably with mental health experience. You will be supporting the clients within the community. Duties to include visiting clients within the London area, supporting clients with daily living tasks, accompanying clients to. appointments and on daily outings. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by applicant.
