Specialist training is also available for the successful candidate.ExperienceSkills & Qualifications Required:Qualifications:Degree in computer related discipline or equivalent preferredCurrent Siebel certification preferred (but not essential)Skills / Knowledge:+ Excellent Siebel technical skills: broad and deep. Experience of Siebel versions 7.7 and/or 7.8 vital+ Good RDBMS and Oracle knowledge+ Excellent communication and influencing ability+ Sound knowledge of the IT industry, and understanding of full lifecycle Siebel implementationsExperience:Demonstrable experience in IT developmentExperience in technical Siebel rolesExperience of working with and leading 3rd partiesKey ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of the role are:Develop maximum expertise in a Siebel technologyDevelopment of High level designs with senior designersDevelopment of detailed design with suppliersDevelopment of detailed requirements with change teamLiaison with customer for translation and mapping of customer requirementPreparation of supplier terms of reference and estimatesAuthorisation of detailed design and developmentDevelopment of technical proof of conceptsTechnical developmentTechnical team lead and design authority to supplier teamsAbout The RoleThe purpose of the role is to ensure the high technical quality and timely delivery of Siebel developments for the transformation change programme.
