Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Shift Leader to work with our management team to help develop our Flag Ship store at Bridgend Designer Outlet.
Role
The Shift Leader supervises the operations of a shift in the absence of a manager to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness standards and customer service is maintained. The role involves leading the team and supporting the Store Managers & training new staff.
The role is hands on. Cleanliness of the store is important to maintain our fresh image.

Responsibilities:
* Opening & closing procedures in absence of Asst/Manager
* Hands on store operations
* Assist training and coaching of team members
* Drive and motivate team during shifts
* Champion Excellence in customer service
* Stock ordering
Ideal Candidate:
* Min 12 months supervisory experience in a fast paced food retail environment
