Job Description:
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
This award winning residential developer are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a multi phased mixed use development in West London.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will have full commercial control of this scheme from conception through to completion so you MUST have residential experience of 200 units +.
You can either be a QS making the step up to SQS, already be a Senior QS or be a Commercial Manager / Project Commercial Manager / MQS / Chief Surveyor who is looking to get into a large developer.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be rewarded with a basic salary up to £55,000 + full package. If you feel you are the right person for this SQS position then please apply today as it will be filled very soon.
