Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Manager
Job Description:
SUMMARY OF ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
i. The Quality Manager shall be responsible for:
a. Full business systems compliance to all Customer and external authority requirements for Quality and Environmental approvals
b. Internal Auditing
c. Managing External Customer and regulatory audits
d. Continuous Improvement & Lean leadership
e. New Product Introduction
f. QMS Development
g. Route cause, prevention and reduction of Non-conformance
h. General Quality Management
i. Training & training system / documentation improvement
j. Managing the quality team and their functions
k. Support the contract review and sales order processing function
l. Inspection standards
ii. The Quality Manager shall supervise, manage and lead the following staff roles to complete the other roles designated as quality within his remit:
a. Quality Administrator
b. Quality Controller
c. Technical Process Engineer
d. HS&E Controller
e. SOP Engineer
f. Paint Inspectors
g. Quality Final Inspectors
iii. The Quality Manager will be responsible to the Operations Director
iv. Salary range dependent on experience
