Job Description:
My client is looking for a Home Care Manager, for 35 service users, most of whom have complex nursing needs.
The successful candidate must be able to lead the team with high care standards, over see the day to day running of the home, dealing with all aspects of management.
Candidates must be/have:
• RGN with valid NMC pin number, preferably holding qualification in Management of Care Services
• Excellent clinical skills
• A minimum of two years managerial experience
• A thorough working knowledge of current CQC legislation
A salary of £35K with a non-contributory pension scheme.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory CRB check at enhanced level.
