REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER - NORTH
Job Description:
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will provide direction and leadership for service excellence to our external and internal customers. Responsible for all operational aspects of service delivery ensuring that services are delivered and supported cost effectively, to the appropriate quality standard, within agreed deadlines and Health and Safety procedures.
Main responsibilities:
• Operational Management:
Implementing the operational strategy to achieve agreed business and organisational performance plans, budgets and timescales. Identification and improvement of processes and policies whilst managing and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery – ensuring consistency across the business. Management and control of project P&L, overseeing monthly and quarterly forecasts against budget and operational goals. Line management responsibilities for the Project Management resource and other operational delivery staff.
• Contractual activities:
You will have a thorough understanding of our contractual conditions on individual projects and ensure that these obligations and exposures are effectively managed – this includes applications for payments, liquidated damages, program of works etc….
This role will suit applicants who have experience of building and leading teams, financial management and forecasting, planning and resource management, cabling and network industry experience, supplier and customer relationship management with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
