The job:
This role is 100% commission based. Whatever you place, on a temporary or permanent basis, 70% comes to YOU! Compare that with your current take home. You currently work to targets, so why not make them work for YOU.
Lets look at an average permanent consultant:
Target PCM: £10k
Average bonus paid for hitting threshold: £700
+ Basic of £2083.00 Per Month (Based on £25k PA)
Total: £2783.00 before tax.
Consultant working for ONE Consulting would earn:
70% of 10K = £7000.00 before tax, for hitting the same standard target!
Its as simple as that. If you regulary hit your targets, you will see the money coming to YOU!
All we ask is that you hit the minimum average threshold of £2k per month to keep your desk running.
What if I have a slow month?
All of your cumulative earnings are kept in your individual pot, and YOU decide what you draw each month from this. So you can save for a rainy day. If you have a great month, you can take it all, or as much as you like.
