Job Description:
Candidates will need to be able to run a Full Pasrty Kitchen.
Duties to include: Baking Bread,Writing Desert Menus, Making Sorbets & Ice cream and all other general duties associated with the sucessfull running of own Pastry Kitchen.
Experience Essential.
