Outbound Call Centre Telesales Agents

Job Description:

Are you an energetic, hardworking, top sales performer?

UK based company who help and support their client database on wealth development using UK and overseas alternative and property investments, require outstanding telesales agents with a proven track record to join their expanding sales team. Office based in Milton Keynes. Basic and Commission pay structure, with generous commissions from £300 minimum per sale OTE £45k+ based on current sales, earnings uncapped, with added bonuses.

We seek Applicants who have the following attributes; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ambitious, self motivated, display a positive ‘can do’ attitude, persistent and resilient, willing to learn, team player, professional,
experienced, hungry for success with an ambitious nature, target driven with a positive mental attitude

The successful candidate will need to;

• Produce their own proposal to each client based on our investment product

• Build and manage a sales pipeline

• Negotiate and close deals

• Establish long term business relationships

• Grow own portfolio of customers

Further Job Description

1. Carry out outbound telesales activity (with warm leads only no cold calling)

2. Identify and sell our multiple products and services offered by the Company

3. Complete and collate the required campaign management information

4. Achieve set targets as set by the business

5. Build relationships and pipelines

6. Support with the handling of inbound calls from marketing activity

7. Demonstrate a positive and self motivated approach to the telesales activity, staff and business

8. Learn the skills and activities required to design and implement new campaigns.

The role is an opportunity for a salaried and commission based position of permanent employment to maximize every outbound campaign to achieve set objectives. The role is a key position in developing and retaining relationships with our intermediaries in order to sell the company’s products and services. Support and training will be provided however the candidate will need to be able to work on their own initiative.

4 Fast Learner – Multi product knowledge The Telesales Executive role will report directly to the Head of Sales.

Hours of work, benefits and holidays:-

Flexible Working – expected to complete tasks.

The normal working hours are 9.30 – 18.00 however they are flexible and can range from 9.00 – 20.00 depending on the campaign activity.

The hours required will be determined by the line manager.
