Online Marketing Manager (Native Hungarian)
Our client is searching for an Online Marketing Manager to develop strategies and drive the business whilst guaranteeing a high quality of online content and services. In close co-operation with the CEO and COO, you will devise an independent strategy for your market, as well as specific accountancy for market trends and the competitive situation. Together with the marketing team, you develop and implement a marketing strategies involving online, TV and printed publicity. You will deal with a multitude of tasks and flawlessly adhere to the quality standards, budgets and deadlines. Being the responsible person for the operations of the portal in your language, you have to be able to cope with the pressure and performance targets we work with.
Your responsibilities
• Planning of marketing activities and close cooperation with our Marketing Department when closing deals
• Managing a team of three to four full-time employees and a minimum of twelve freelancers
• Defining the business unit’s strategy in close co-operation with the CEO and COO
• Monitoring and supervising communication towards our customers
• Securing market leadership in product quality and community size
Your profile
• Experience in marketing internet business / media buying / business development
• Degree educated
• Team leadership experience
• Very good organisational and communicative skills
• Strong motivation and high level of commitment: willingness to work long hours
• Enjoyment of teamwork and open communication
• High sense of responsibility and a sharp focus on results
• Very good written and spoken English skills (company language) and your native language
• An affinity for online games
