Norwegian Technical Support – your duties will include the following:
• Be trained in the newest technology before starting in the role
• Handling customer requests in written form, such as email, letters, faxes, chat and forums and resolving technical problems
• Liaising with other departments and technicians to fully resolve the issue
Your profile:
• Native level of Norwegian and fluency in English
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of standard computer applications
