.Net Web Developer
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a .Net Web Developer to design, develop and maintain the new and existing systems including the corporate website and other platforms / applications as required by the business.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The design and development of the company’s websites to specification ensuring optimization and standards adherence where required.
The design and development of company’s in-house desktop applications and / or software platforms.
The on-going maintenance and support of existing in-house websites, desktop applications and / or software platforms
Writing technical documentation and creating appropriate unit tests where necessary.
Participate in the process of creating architecture of new applications and websites to meet the needs of the business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Two years proven web development and maintenance experience.
Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and a focus on delivery.
Experience in developing ASP.NET websites using Visual Studio, C#, XML, XSLT and JavaScript using modern techniques including AJAX preferably within an AGILE environment.
A working knowledge of software development industry best practices and web standards.
A flexible attitude and proven experience in working within a small team.
Salary 25 – 35k plus bonus
