Marketing Assistant (internship)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a marketing or business major passionate about mobile to
help build a strong presence in the UK / US over the next few months.
This role is ideally suited for a self motivated, self starter individual.
The scope of activities is vast, from producing high standard marketing
material, to increasing specialist press and social media presence, events
management and sales support activities.
The dates are flexible with a preference for a long term assignment with
opportunities for a permanent role later on.
Skills desired:
* Good project management skills.
* Knowledge of B2B, IT, digital, and social media marketing principles.
* Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects
efficiently.
* First class copy writing skills, with a knowledge of online publishing
* Not afraid of statistics, figures, hard core technology
* Effective presentation of information and strong spoken language skills
for responding
to questions from managers, clients and the
general public.
* French spoken a welcomed addition
Roles & responsibilities
* The marketing assistant should be a self motivated individual. He
should be able to work under stress when it comes to meeting of project
deadlines.
* He/she may be required to write and design marketing materials which
include articles, presentations, brochures, press releases, company
newsletter, event announcements, trade show passes, thank you letters, etc.
* The marketing assistant also has to assist in various seminars and trade
shows.
* The marketing assistant should assist establishing Mobiquant’s social
media presence
