Marketing Assistant
Job Description:
Lecira is now looking for an exceptional part time e-commerce/Online Marketing Assistant. Ideally from a retail environment who can demonstrate a track record of man management and online campaign ownership
A successful marketing campaign must be constantly monitored and maintained. As the Marketing Assistant, it would be your role to help make sure everything runs smoothly.
You’d be responsible for all areas of online marketing strategy from the development of different elements to their execution. This will include anything from promoting the business online including market research, organising the distribution of email newsletters, updating our social pages to developing new strategies.
Key Tasks
• Be responsible for coordinating a Marketing strategy for our company to both existing and new customers and to support all products through the brand online to provide maximum ROI.
• To ensure the product content is consistent with marketing plans, customer expectations and supports the conversion targets of the business.
• Providing feedback and support for the effective delivery of the customer journey across all websites to maximise customer satisfaction and response.
• Overall responsibility for the effective definition of both customer and business requirements.
• Manage and develop a trade customer retention plan across UK.
• Management of the reporting of all aspects of marketing ROI for UK and developing future strategy.
• Reviewing & reporting on UK competitor content activity and price analysis

Hours/Environment
• You would work a standard 9 to 5 day, 3 days a week. However, on occasion you may be required to work overtime on short notice for a particular promotion.
Entry
Applicants without practical marketing experience are expected to have a degree, Higher National Diploma or another higher education qualification in marketing.
Annual Income
Salary is £17,000 and £25,000 pro rata dependant on experience.
