Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Junior Web Project Manager (German / English) for their office in Gibraltar.

In this role, you will support the project management team with the planning and executing of new features and projects, for the expansion and improvement of their website. As a team player you will work closely with the IT, web and customer service teams. You will be responsible for monitoring, and reporting on, the progress of the projects regularly. Your job is to keep the ball rolling, and to this end you will proactively advise the project participants on open tasks, as well as report problems/delays reliably to the project leaders. You will supervise and ensure the live release of new features and projects goes smoothly, and coordinate the test phases and language-based localisation.

Your Responsibilities

• You assist with guidance and coordination of projects until they go online

• You oversee and monitor projects as well as the development of new features

• You enforce the adherence to deadlines, the achievement of milestones and the maintenance of standards and budgets

• You coordinate and consult various departments with an aim to implement internal business processes in an international environment

Your Professional Profile

• You successfully completed a degree (Economics/Business Administration, Computer Science or similar)

• You have already been involved with online project management and have led at least one web-project

• Your English and German skills are excellent, and just as strong verbally, as in written form

• You are well-versed with the MS-Office Suite, and especially with Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project

• Your excellent problem-solving skills are especially highlighted through your ideas

• Your communication skills and strong sense of personal responsibility round out your profile
