Job Specification
We are looking for a junior analyst to join our internal finance department which is responsible for end-to-end budgeting, financial analysis and control of financial activities.
Job Responsibilities
Participate in the planning and budgeting for business projects
Analyze the financial results and provide variance explanation and advice
Support managers in decision making process
Coordinate Internal Control activities and support audit teams
Maintain project financials in SAP and other systems
Assist in continuous improvement projects
Support and sustain positive work environment that fosters team performance
Perform ad-hoc requests and non-operational activities when required
Qualifications
Education in related field or achieved through work experience (max 3 years)
Fluent in Dutch and English
Analytical strong and attention to detail
Ability to manage priorities and workload effectively and efficiently
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
Computer literate
Proactive, taking initiative and good team spirit
