Insolvency Advisor
Job Description:
Following further expansion, this modern Insolvency Practice based in the Bournemouth area is now looking for Insolvency Administrators/ Advisors to join their team. This practice deals with Restructuring, Refinancing, CVA’s, Administrations, Receivership and Liquidations amongst other areas from private individuals to large corporates.
Reporting to the Senior Insolvency Manager, you will progress cases in your own portfolio, prepare reports and ensure that deadlines are met. Main duties of the Insolvency Advisor will include liaising with Agents and Solicitors, preparation of statutory paperwork and other legal documents, preparation of reports, assisting with the collection of debts and the distribution of funds, drafting correspondence to creditors and other interested parties on request , undertaking investigations into assets as required and closing cases.
This role will also involve networking on a regular basis and therefore the jobholder must be personable and confident, a natural communicator who feels comfortable with presenting to an audience. The ability to travel on a regular basis and drive is therefore a requirement.
We are looking for candidates with great communication skills, a friendly and empathetic approach, able to use initiative and work to tight deadlines.
This role is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with a proven track record in Insolvency of at least two years and is now looking to move to a company with a fresh approach and high customer service standards.
