Your role
You will be responsible for meeting the personal care needs of our clients in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence.
You will provide a broad range of services to clients with varying needs and will work with other Care Workers when necessary to provide a consistent and dedicated service to all our clients.
Your personality
It is essential that all our Care Workers have the following personal qualities:
• Self-motivated and well organised.
• Flexible.
• Caring and sensitive to the needs of others.
• Ability to use your own initiative.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
Rates of pay £8 – 16 per hour

APPLICANT MUST HAVE A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE THE USE OF A RELIABLE CAR.
