Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Job Description:
Recruiting an experienced Kitchen Manager or Head Chef looking for to move into a kitchen manager role, someone who has a real desire to produce meals of the highest quality. Someone who is passionate about preparing good food and can successfully lead a dedicated team. What’s more, you must be able to motivate those around you, instill them with your enthusiasm and enable them to achieve high quality results.
The successful applicant will have experience in a high volume, branded food operation and will be able to demonstrate a passion for food with a proven track record of delivering great quality. You will also have experience of stock control and ordering, leading and developing a team and delivering the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
