Finance Executive

JOY currently has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Executive.

Job roles/responsibilities

• Research and explore alternative methods of raising finance in order to support the future growth strategy of the organisation both in the UK and abroad. Develop and maintain relationships with finance houses and banks in order meet funding requirements to support future expansion.

• Support the management team by providing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc financial KPIs including feedback and recommendations on operational, marketing and merchandising issues. Maintain and develop the models used to provide this information. Recommending cost cutting or changes where necessary.

• Work with the operations, buying, merchandising and marketing teams to prepare budgets and KPIs and set criteria for quarterly performance reviews.

• Feasibility analysis and budget management for new projects and monitoring project development providing feedback and updates when necessary.

• Provide financial PR internally and externally on progress and development of JOY..

• Assist the chief executive with ad-hoc analysis and various projects within the company.

The ideal candidate would be well educated with practical business skills, acquired through relevant work experience.
