Experienced Lettings Negotiator
This is an immediate start for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to work for an independent Estate Agency dealing in Sales, Lettings and Property Management based in the SW London and Surrey area, with offices in Tooting and Morden. We are looking for an exceptional individual with excellent customer service skills and sales ability to join us as a Lettings Negotiator. A minimum of 12 months experience within lettings or estate agency would be preferred however consideration will be given to candidates who can demonstrate that they have the aptitude to be successful and have some transferable sales skills and/or customer service experience. This is a role that offers potential for a long-term career leading to a senior level.
Basic salary from £12K with up to 25% commission structure with OTE of £22K – £48K P/A + company car or car allowance.
Duties of this exciting role will include:
* Registering applicants;
* Matching properties to applicants needs;
* Conducting viewings;
* Negotiating – Closing Deals;
* Liaising with clients, landlords & tenants;
* Canvassing of new properties;
* Advertising properties;
* Dealing with paperwork.
To be considered for the position you will have the following qualities:
* A minimum of 12 months experience as a successful lettings negotiator;
* Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets;
* Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Full UK driving license essential.
Local knowledge and experience working in SW London is preferable but not essential.
