Evening & Weekend Receptionist
Job Description:
We require a smart, friendly individual to handle our reception desk during off hours. Pay is minimum wage and start date is ASAP.
Hours will be roughly 3pm to 7:30pm on weeknights and 10am to 5:30pm on Saturdays, but this may change slightly to accommodate late bookings and we may potentially extend our opening hours. Continuously making up excuses to not work on Saturday and not showing up for work will not be tolerated – you MUST be reliable, flexible and be available for the hours mentioned.
Tasks will generally include:
Greeting clients
Answering phone enquiries
Making bookings
Completing sales
Keeping reception area tidy
Closing procedures
Some ad hoc duties may also arise
A successful applicant will have the following skills:
Great customer service skills: friendly, patient and listens well
Perfect spoken English
Highly organized
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work on your own and problem solve if need be
Interest/knowledge of alternative therapies a bonus
