Job Description:
Position: Domestic Energy Assessor
Location: Greater London
Position Type: Permanent Position, Full Time – 5/6 days per week
Salary: £ 17,000 OTE (On Target Earnings)
Company Overview:
BLC Property Services is a specialist provider of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s), Home Information Packs (HIP’s), Floor Plans and Inventories to the residential and commercial property sector. We have our own team of fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessors who operate within the M25.
Main Job Description:
To complete EPC’s
• To actively promote BLC PS services to a wide range of potential clients including (but not limited to) Estate Agents, Private Landlords, Solicitors, HIP Providers etc.
• To achieve monthly / annual sales targets.
• To expand our approved agent network and increase turnover with existing approved agents.
Person Specification:
• Must be a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be self motivated.
• Must have a Full UK Driving license.
