CustomerServices Assistant
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in a leading Mobile Communication company and they are looking for a Customer Services assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of first line telephony customer service for both Internal and external clients and customers. They will be required to provide efficient and organised support across key business functions.
This is a temporary position with the view to go permanent within 6 months.
Key responsibilities are detailed below:
Providing a first point of contact for customers, via phone and email
Logging customer faults and passing through to appropriate person
Complaint Handling within a mobile communications Regulatory environment
Tracking of customer faults
Operating the CRM system to create ticket numbers and following these up to ensure a resolution is obtained and provided to the client
Organising systems additions for keywords and short-codes and putting together of contracts
Retrieve and send MO and MT reports and delivery receipt reports to clients, end users and internal users
Compiling of weekly stats reports to clients eg Centrica, Full House
Prompt dealing with regulatory issues re ICSTIS complaints and Network/Information requests
Internal office management:
Conference/Meeting room bookings/diary management
Organising business refreshments as required
Organisation of laundry requirements
Issue of parking permits
Ordering/stocking of coffee machine and other sundries as required
Office equipment organisation/maintenance:
Franking machine – liaison with post office re collections, credit, and showing people how to use
Photo-copier – liaison with service/maintenance company
Stationery cupboard organisation/purchasing
Dealing with reception and other ad hoc administrative duties
