Customer Service Call Operator
Job Description:
Wage – £14,000 PER ANNUM
Hours – 38.25 PER WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8.45AM-5.30PM
You must be computer literate and have an excellent telephone manner. Must be a good communicator. You must be organised with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload, be able to work alone using your own initiative and as part of a very small team, be able to complete repetitive tasks quickly and accurately to varying deadlines. Experience. in a call or customer service role would be an advantage though not essential as full training will be provided. You must be able to make informed decisions and act on these with confidence.
The role is working in a back office environment. Duties will include taking inbound calls from customers, managing on-line customer accounts, dealing with enquiries and complaints and other associated administrative tasks as required.
