Job Description:
Customer Service Administrator – £17K – £19K per annum (dependent on experience)
England Hockey Board, Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre, Marlow, Bucks
England Hockey Board (EHB) is the National Governing Body for the sport of Hockey. EHB has income and expenditure of circa £7m p.a. It is responsible for the management and development of the sport from grass roots to elite activities.
Entering into a very exciting phase with London 2012 only 18 months away, EHB is looking for an exceptional Administrator to provide first class administrative support for the areas of Single System and Young People and Students. Providing a co-ordinator role for hockey events such as High Performance Centre competitions and playing a key part in the development of on-line registration for Single System activity. Providing a point of contact and co-ordinating the distribution of information and resources to assist in the development of hockey for young people and students.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with, and support, the National Managers responsible for the above areas in the delivery of their work programmes, dealing with enquiries positively and proactively
Monitor the relevant mailboxes and have input into the respective areas of the website
Provide event support for Single System competitions including all bookings, co-ordination of kit and general event support
Attend both competitions’ weekends during the year
Administer and process applications for courses
Liaise with awarding bodies, external agencies and suppliers, building excellent working relationships
Assist with the collation and dispatch of course resources
Maintain and work effectively with the EHB membership system
Attend events and meetings as required
General administration tasks and projects as appropriate
