Customer Loyalty/Retentions Call Consultant - Edinburgh
Job Description:
We are urgently seeking call consultants for our Financial Services client’s Customer Loyalty Department.
You will be working with existing business to build rapport and influence over the phone. Retentions experience is desirable but not essential. You need to have a confident telephone manner and be happy to take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers.
This is a full time, temporary position through Reed. You will be working a 35 hour week with shift between 8am and 8pm. There is also a Saturday morning shift that is done a on rota basis (roughly once a month). Pay rate is £8.59 an hour.
