Customer Care Manager
Job Description:
Required by a well established IT Reseller based in Bracknell, the Customer Care Manager will work within the Account Management Team and effectively manage a number of existing customers and retain and develop revenues from these accounts.
The Partner Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:
• Ensure sufficient activity is identified and carried out either in existing accounts
• Develop and maintain a professional and effective relationships approach with all customers to maintain client as a leading supplier within the market
• Provide intelligence to the business and customers on market developments and promote demand for their services.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with customers ensuring business response to sales, technical, and services issues are timely and appropriate.
• Maintain products/services and industry/competitor knowledge, escalating potential issues or new opportunities to the sales team as appropriate.
Salary – £14-£16k pa plus commissions and benefits.
