Job Description:
Michelin and AA Rosette award winning Hotel Restaurant in Wiltshire
is looking for
Commis de Cuisine & Demi Chef de Partie, also for Pastry section
to start asap
* required to work on a section in a professional team
* catering for the fine dining restaurant (aims 2* Michelin) and deluxe small Brasserie
* annual gross salary £14,000 – £15,000 plus service charge around £3,000/ £4,000
requirements:
* completed training
* experience in minimum 3 AA rosette environment, or Michlein
* motivation counts above all and previous experience in an all fresh produce establishment
Live in available on site or nearby.
