<p>Looking for a fashion accessories (mainly in fashion jewellery) Account Manager.<br />
<br /> Our company D&amp;X, has been running for over 3 years in fashion accessories. We have been exhibited in most of the UK fashion tradeshows, and hold over 1000 regular clients. These clients range from small boutiques to chain stores. These include Mickey (Retailing in Topshop, House of Fraser), Jane Norman, Jaegar and Fenwick.<br />
<br /> We are planning to launch a new brand in year 2012. A new company will be established to introduce this new collection. Current expansion plan is to launch the brand in the January 2012, create publicity via the tradeshows in February. In parallel, we will launch a website to support the new brand. If everything runs according to the schedule, we will be looking for expansion into European countries via tradeshows initially in Autumn 2012.</p>
<p>The Role: </p>
<p>1. To take responsibility for receiving and processing orders.<br />
<br />2. To maintain and develop relationships with clients.<br />
<br />3. To manage different aspects of Product Development including organizing samples with factories<br />
<br /> 4. To coordinate between the office and the warehouse<br />
<br />5. To manage and help run the tradeshows </p>
<p>Opportunities: </p>
<p>1. Learn about our current business models and gain first-hand experience in Fashion Jewellery business<br />
<br /> 2. Learn and gain experience in designing and managing the tradeshows </p>
<p>Skills needed: </p>
<p>1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.<br />
<br />2. High level of proficiency in M S office.<br />
<br />3. Be passionate in working with in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.<br />
<br /> 4. Candidates must currently live in London or be able to commute easily </p>
<p>You’ll need to be eligible to live and work in the UK. </p>
<p>The role will be full time. We are a small company but there is an opportunity to grow with the business.</p>
<p>Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm<br />

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>•	Act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors on a daily basis, providing a professional and friendly front of house service and delivering an exceptional first impression.</p>
<p>•	Taking pride in the appearance of the business centre by ensuring all areas of the Dephna centre including kitchens, bathrooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms, reception and communal areas are presented within company standards and representative of a 5-star business.</p>
<p>•	Logging in with head office any maintenance issues in the centre immediately</p>
<p>•	Highly visible and ready to assist clients as and when needs arise with a flexible and helpful approach.</p>
<p>•	Book in and prepare meeting rooms or offices before client use, troubleshooting basic IT and telecom technical issues or logging them in with the IT department.</p>
<p>•	Looking after the &#8216;visitor&#8217; book and issuing plus logging in security swipe passes when clients require them</p>
<p>•	Providing administration support including delivering mail, answering calls organising courier services, ordering office and cleaning supplies with head office, preparing and booking in meeting rooms and other administration/secretarial duties.</p>
<p>•	Managing the cleaning staff onsite and keeping a log on the cleaning inventory</p>
<p>•	Manage the parking in the centre of clients and visitors through out the day</p>
<p>•	Liaising and reporting to head office daily</p>
<p>Essential Criteria:</p>
<p>•	To be considered for this position you must have previous experience of working in a client facing customer service focused role such as reception.</p>
<p>•	Good written and spoken communications skills</p>
<p>•	The ability to stay calm under pressure</p>
<p>•	Good organisational skills</p>
<p>•	Confident and sufficient knowledge when using a computer and office equipment</p>
<p>•	An interest in the business and willingness to learn</p>
<p>Desirable Criteria:</p>
<p>Previous experience of working within another serviced office or centre provider or other service/hospitality related industry.</p>

<p>We are looking for organised and highly self motivated individuals to join our fast expanding team of award winning Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom Installations, which also includes our bespoke range of Odina Kitchens. Homebase Installations is a friendly, fast paced and rewarding team to be a part of.</p>
<p>You need to possess the following qualities:</p>
<p>-Call centre and or customer service experience preferred</p>
<p>-Be able to self manage your day to allow you to case manage a variety of customers</p>
<p>-Be self motivated</p>
<p>-Good communication and interpersonal skills</p>
<p>-Work well within a team environment</p>
