CALLING ALL SENIOR LAND BROKERS!

City based Land brokerage is seeking an experienced senior dealer for its sales floor.

Applicants must possess:

• A proven track record within land sales.

• Confidence in their own ability to sell high value products to investors.

• The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast paced, pressurised environment.

• Interest and knowledge of the land sector.

• Fantastic verbal and written communication

With a team of 4 openers assisting you with new business, you must be able to:

• Lead by example and share your strong sales background with the rest of your team.

• Having the ability to think creatively when dealing with both sales and people management.

• Ensure that your sales team consistently hits targets

• CLOSE DEALS!!

You will be rewarded with:

• A strong commission scheme – 10-15%

• A client base of around 40 active clients
