Job Description:
Our Financial Services client is looking for call consultants for their busy call centre on Dalkeith Road.
They are looking for candidates with call centre experience. Financial services experience is advantageous, but not essential.
The pay rate is £7.54, 37.5 hours a week. Shifts are worked between 8am and 6pm, with a Saturday morning shift on a rota basis (one in 3). This is a 100% calls role within a modern, open plan office environment. Temporary contracts are available for 3 months minimum.
Training is provided which lasts between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the products you are learning about.
