Business Development Advisor
Job Description:
To acquire new business customers and to up sell XLN products/services to existing customers. This is a targeted field sales role involving both ‘cold calling’ for prospective customers and up-selling into existing customers within an assigned geographical territory. BDA’s will provide the highest levels of customer experience, ensuring that customer satisfaction increases and churn reduces. BDA’s are expected to become well known in their prospective territory, understanding the personalities, needs and drivers of their business customers. Although BDA’s are expected to work within a tight management structure with strict codes of conduct, they are also encouraged to manage the territory as their own business, operating with entrepreneurial flair and creativity.
Key Accountabilities
• Sign-up new customer accounts in line as per target
• Up-sell XLN products and services into existing accounts as per target
• Manage activity and conversion KPI’s
• Outstanding product knowledge
• Adhere to commercial and operational governance standards at all times
Training Provided. On completion of training:
Salary: £16,000 – £22,000 + Bonuses
