Job Description:
The client:
*One of the largest technology company in the world is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy team in their office in Dublin, Ireland.
*They specialize in developing and manufacturing computing, storage, and networking hardware, software and services and are a leading brand in the industry.
The role:
*Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls and queries
*Answer contacts promptly and professionally
*Resolve customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
*Ability to apply analytical and investigative skills to resolve customer issues
*Strong basic computer skills
*Utilizes effective verbal and written communication skills in order to work effectively with customers, other department members and with all members of the company worldwide
*Maintain accurate records in customer database system
*Provides feedback on process and support improvements
Your profile:
*Fluent Dutch and French
*Very good English
*Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
*Experience in dealing with customers
*Team player
