Job Description:
A charming, intimate wine bar in Walthamstow, East London. (Very recently under new management) is looking for:
Experienced Bar Staff
To join our already bubbly and easy-going staff. We work in Rota shift patterns, evening weekends

Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years in catering: Restaurant or Bar/Club
(References required)
· Able to work well in busy/high pressure situations
· Confident to work alone
· Responsible
· Reliable
· Trustworthy
· Extremely patient
· Driving or within night bus distance of Walthamstow
Central Station
· Good With Numbers
Desired but not necessary:
· Personal license
· Good Knowledge of Wines
· Good Knowledge of cocktails
Duties:
· Serving customers
· Using tills
· Making drinks (cocktails)
· Cash Handling
· Stocktaking
· Filling fridges/changing barrels/kegs
· Setting up for events – decorating, rearranging
furniture, etc
· Keeping the area tidy
We do 3-5 Days Training
Due to problems with old management staffing, all members of staff are asked to work 2 weeks in hand. (Travel Covered)
This is a precaution for the company.
If an individual decides they no longer want to work for the company they will need to give us at least two weeks notice to received that pay.

Friday 5th Times: 6pm – 8pm
Saturday 6th Times: 3pm – 5pm

Curriculum Vitae
Personal license (if you have one)
And People, we are a Wine Bar, not a bank. You’re not required to wear your Sunday best.
Casual Smart dressing is fine
