Job Description:
We are one of London’s most stunning venues, a show place for chic, stylish events from conferences, cocktail parties, and launches as well as exclusive dinners and private events. We have 3 venues and a catering arm which currently make up this vibrant company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a company who offer a lovely environment to work in. As the Administrator, the ideal person will have worked previously in a similar role, and be educated to degree level. Working within a busy team, you need to be fast, efficient and outgoing! You have to have had admin experience in a sales/ events environment, you also need to be confident and be able to commute with sales, marketing and clients. As the Exhibitions administrator, you will maintain all the databases, produce memo`s, deal with telephone queries and any other administrative task. We are looking for a good team player who will work well in this friendly and sociable team, this is a busy and varied role that will report to several key members of the company.
