Accounts assistant
Job Description:
Immediate vacancy for an experienced accounts/bookkeeping assistant to work with our busy team. Job responsibilities include assisting with all credit control functions, sales & purchase ledger postings, invoice, credit and statement production, data entry, preparation of daily banking, filing and general office duties.
Skills required:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good communication and teamworking skills
- Proficiency in use of MS Office and accounting software systems.
- Be confident, reliable and self-motivated
3-4 hours (negotiable) daily Monday to Friday. Initial 3 month contract, becoming permanent after successful completion. Salary dependent upon experience.
